Don't you get around 100/150 RWHP with the charger? As stated in the post before this one by me (sorry havn't mastered the multi-quotes) is that the guys at Brenspeed and I determined the heads didn't help. So 50Hp compared to 100/150 hp by the charger the charger should be better.
But we all have to start somewhere.

Cams definitely affect emmissions and I don't believe that they are CARB legal, however you could always call Comp or one of the other Cam manufacturers and ask. I think if you had cats on your car you might be able to pass emmissions, but it might be tough.
I passed emissions just fine here in Maryland.

May I ask you how much the comp cams cost with install cost included?
Installation is generally an 8-12 hour job with the engine in the car, and at $80/hr...

Yes you do. HiRoller can attest to that. He has the Saleen blower from JDM and his power is now a dyno'ed 475 to the rear wheels. Much more than the 50 hp that dynamicMustangGT was mentioning on page 1.
