Can anyone give some performance advice on the 05 automatic transmission .
Years ago I had a Z-28 with a auto & put a K&M shift kit in it & can remember
chirping 2nd gear. Can I put a shift kit in this transmission & get that same performance / fun, also what would be the recomended kit's out there for this tranny. Thank's for the valued expertise.

 

There is no need for a shift kit. This trans is completely electronic. You only have to have it re-programed and maybe install a different torque converter....
