I would love to see some ribed covers for our cars. The classic cooling fins on a round cover. This way it still looks like a OHC cover but also makes the engine look like an old offy or lotus engine. Would make a nice touch, but if moroso is charging 700 bux for a partial sheetmetal covers, then a full cast alu with fins would be out of this world.
In any case, my stockers have some crud on them that wont freaking wash off.

3V-281 CID would be a good idea.

I wonder how much it would be if they cast them? If not im liable to buy a set of used or new covers and have someone wel on some metal fins. Then grind the welds for a nice look. Would be sweet. I would pay $700 for a cast set though. No questions asked. Hell I would paint them with hamered red and sand the tops of the fins and polish them. Would look sweet.

Why is no one after 5 years has not come out with a good set? BBK where r u on this? all folks have done is throw some paint on them.
The engine will be around for several more years, so do the math, there has got to be a market out there for a quality set.

I got the FRPP ones for my car and I like them. I like a clean and subtle design. I wouldn't mind the Morosos but I'm not forking that much money out for something that does nothing.

I've got the black wrinkle coat valve cover and they look nice, I got them when I had the SC installed at brenspeed for a good price since I let them keep my stock ones for them to have powder coated.
