Here is another car (I believe its NOLAGTs) running the Whipple HO 2.3 on only 10lbs and a lot less mods getting 465rwhp:

2006 GT Coupe Manual BLACK on BLACK WHIPPLED @ 10psi 465/449

PERFORMANCE: WHIPPLE 10psi * Brenspeed O/R H * FRPP AND SOMETIMES SLP LM'S Exhaust, Coated 4.10's

APPEARANCE: 18x9 Chrome Bullitts * Toyo 275/40 T1R * Llumar HP 5% tint * CDC Ducktial w high mount brake light kit * Steeda Cowl Hood * Clear corner's with stealth bulbs * SS Center Fog Grill

and from this thread S197 GT's car which seems to be fairly equivalent to that of the car with the Whipple as far as mods, only 8lbs but lower rwhp of 423.8 and 394.0 RWTQ, so it appears as though the 2 kits (whipple 2.3 and KB 2.6) seem to be pretty equal:

PERFORMANCE: Kenne Bell 2.6L Intercooled Supercharger w/ 8psi tuned by ST Motorsports via Xcal 2 | Hurst Short Shifter | Pypes O/R H Pipe | FRPP/Borla Stingers | FRPP 4.10's | 255/45/18 & 285/40/18 BFG G-Force T/A KDW NT's

Kenne Bell, I love the way they sound.

The Whipple is nice too though, tough choice.
