Long story here. Been after one of these for nearly 3 years. The picture on Whipple's website (first picture below) shows a cold air system coming with the kit. That's only true with the '05-'07 models. The emissions changed in 2008 and they were forced to sell the kit with an 'enclosed' box system for the '08-'10 models. I didn't know this when I ordered the kit and no one told me. I thought I was getting the cold air system like shown in the picture. I was wrong. I got the enclosed system. (second picture below)

I called Whipple numerous times over the past 3 years and they told me that since I have an '09, they couldn't sell me the cold air kit. I finally got someone on the phone who was willing to sell me the kit.

So after 3 years, I finally have what I expected to get when I ordered the kit in the first place. Just wanted to share this because if any of you guys or gals out there order this kit and you have an '08-'10, make sure to ask for the cold air when ordering or you'll get the enclosed box...
