In this thread and that particular vid? Yes.
In the real world? No. I'm in Viper country (albeit backwoods redneck country in the rural South, but believe it or not its high performance Dodge central) and trust me, there are too many variables that make that situation a crap shoot.
If you think I'm kidding, this is the kind of thing you see at the Dodge dealer in a town of 2300 people where tractors are the most commonly owned vehicle, but contrary to popular belief, redneck farmers have money and like hot cars....
