Just curious.

Does the computer system you all (Ford salesmen) use, allow you to do a wide area search for a Mustang with certain options.

For example: Are you able to locate any/all 2007 Satin Silver coupe GTs with manual transmission, spoiler delete, antitheft, side airbags, 3:55 gears, IUP; and without satellite nor GTAP?

 

I know with my dads car...the dealer looked up the three most important options...Color, interior color, transmission...came up with a few hits, and then he chose the one he wanted,

 

Talked to my local saleman about this. He said it was limited to about the 300 closest dealers.

 

Or a White GT/CS with manual transmission, active antitheft, side airbags, 3:55 gears, IUP; and without sirius satellite or GTAP.

When the 08 order guide comes out around 13 April, if I determine there's nothing worth waiting for on the 2008s then there's no point in torturing myself by waiting anymore.

 

Your quest for a Stang reminds me of the Movie 40 Days and 40 Nights... I'm amazed that you have made it this far

A TMS member contacted me and graciously offered to search for a car equipped as above and found one exactly like this, just 275 miles away from me.

You can search for any equipment, any color, and package code, in any combination, anywhere in the continental US. As broad or as specific as you wish. That one salesperson should try the 'next 300 dealers' button sometime. You can also configure the search by region, phone area code, and several other options.
