I have used eagle one and armor all. I liked armor all. I used to do it once a week and they would always stay shiny back when I had my focus.

Here at ASC, Inc. we use Pro #1 tire shine. Warning: wear hand protection and apply product to tires or inner wheels wells only. We pour it out of the gallon container into sray bottles and also apply it with a tire sponge.
Note: this product contains Butyl, it will cause skin problems and never get it in your eyes. Been there and done that.

I use Adams VRT or meguirers endurance -great lasting shine with both products and No Sling
