Possible problem cleaning ICAP seats...
I was detailing my car today and I was using some Zanio leather cleaner and I noticed as I was cleaning the seats, red from my seats was coming off into the cloth I was using with the cleaner...Is this normal?

Have the red seats also. Its normal. The only leather seats I have had in a car that did not "bleed" were on a 53 Merc when the leather was the real thing. The headliner on the car was made out of the thin stuff they use now for the seats.

Same here. I went to dealer with problem, dealer said that it was the Meguiars that caused it and would not be covered. That is total BS so went to another dealer (after buying Motocraft version), was told yes some bleed some don't and will be covered.
I have not taken him up on offer, just had my top slashed so it is headed to another shop.
As a side note, have been told by more than one person that Ford was susprised by the demand for red seats and some batches were not clear coated correctly. Seats should not bleed, color will start to vanish. I switched to a cleaner/conditioner to limit effect and wipe down seats with damp cloth once a week
