I've had mine for almost a year now and 10,000 miles have helped add about 7 or 8 rock chips in it. I don't like it but at least I am having fun driving it! I am interested in the Dr. Chip stuff though.

I don't think Dr. Colorchip is going to work on that.

Oh, you know they're worse . I watch crash compilation videos on YouTube from time to time, and the ricers trying to drift can always seem to hit the one light pole in a parking lot lol.

I hope I don't sound cynical that I like to watch crash videos, I just like the ones where someone tries to show off and ends up failing. I don't watch the ones where people get injured badly or die.

I know what you mean, I watch em too, my face covered partially with my hand, peaking through my fingers. Haha. "Facepalm"
I know I've done some stupid things, but hopefully those things won't happen to me. I know off the subject

omg lol I did this a couple weeks ago. I was so pissed I yelled "F***!!" really loud outside and I'm sure the neighbors heard it. Fortunately it didn't leave a single scratch. Wow, that was lucky

To whom it may concern:

I got 3 big chips in my front bumper clustered in one spot, either from rock chips or a shopping cart. I called my insurance company and said I wasn't sure which it was, but they said both would be covered under comprehensive (no rate increase, no deductible) and not collision. I'm getting the front bumper repainted next month.
You may want to get a hold of your insurance company.

While they have the bumper off, you should have it clear bra'd.

Will that allow the paint to cure tho? Does the bumper have to be taken off to clear bra it? I've thought about getting the front installed and not the hood. That way its not noticeable

Yeah actually you'd have to let the paint cure first. The bumper doesn't have to be off, but it would be easier for the installer.

Do you have to remove the trim pieces to install the clear bra?
