Amen on 303. Only product I use for that purpose.

Zaino is ok. Their products are numerous, and usually require a lot of steps. To get a show car shine that's wet, dripping, and swirl free is 95% prep work. 18 hours of labor of washing , claying, and buffing. The final 5% of work is the easy part. Just pick a decent beauty wax or spray... And there are plenty of other "toppers" that are much easier to use and look better than zaino. Not saying the spray above is bad... But it's ok. I have sold all my zaino stuff.

Marilyn looks great, I have a vert the same color, I use Zaino but they do not have a Wax so I may look at Souverain based on your results!

I've had VERY good results, but for swirl removal, expect many hours. You can't get a swirl free finish within 2 hours.

Alot of steps? Not really, check my Thread, it was 2 coats of Zaino Z5 and Z8 finishing spray , but it did take time, but all the base protection, repair has been done for the year.

As for the Zaino product, nothing abrasive at all. Almost useless when it comes to swirl removal, this is why I migrated to Meguiar's M105 Compound and finished it M205

I've used a lot of product out there, only had success with a few.

Agree... Many brands many products... Just have to find the right combo that works for you.

This can prove to be so difficult for many, and I can't blame them.
The variety of products out there and the several steps required for some of them is quite intense.

For example with Zaino, a lot of people are intimidated by all the products and the time it takes. I agree it'll take a lot of time to make the car look perfect, you'll even need to mix in other brands like Meguiar's/Zymol/Chemical Guys for more agressive product. Everyone has their own line of product they stand by!

Its completely based on the user:
- How much time are they willing to spend? Initial details and prep can easily take a full day (Claying, compounding, swirl removal, etc) but once thats done, its done for the year unless the user is foolish enough to run it through a cloth car wash.
- How often do they wash their car (once a month or once a week)
- How often are willing to polish their car (twice a year or twice a month?)

Looking good! What tire dressing are you using?

I would have voted for Supernatural

I used Poorboys Bold and Bright V.2... I like the no sling. I also use Zaino Z16 sometimes. or DP gel. So many options

As for supernatural, I was REALLY debating using that. The next wash I will use that... Souveran evaporates so fast anyways, lol.

Gotcha. Very nice silky black look that I enjoy. Reminds me of the Optimum Tire Shine I use.

I only recommend Supernatural because you know what you're doing, and you're using a pre-wax product that'll make waxing much easier. Supernatural looks outstanding, but even better after the first wash once you apply it.

I know how exactly souveran is: that's the only product I use on my car, and it might be the least durable wax I own

Exactly what I will use after I apply the Zaino Z2 for the Roush. Makes the "pop" like no other.

Marc you know what.... Souveran lately to me, has just been so so. Reason why I say that is, after merely a day or so, the "look" is essentially pretty much flat. You know what I mean? Looks good and darkens initially and all wet, but then it seems to evaporate and fade so fast . On top of that, it gets so dusty right away.

Supernatural goes on tomorrow.

Yeah I alternate between 3 or 4 tire gels. Optimum tire shine is something else I need to get.

I'm certainly not using Souveran for the durability

One of my client's just purchased it for his Lime Rock M3 (fire orange), as when I detailed it, I used it knowing it's my favorite for warm colors.

I've noticed Fuzion gets dusty really quick. I never noticed that with Natty's Blue. Fuzion seems to have a sort of static cling that just draws dust to it.
