I'll let you guys pick this time. Just coated Marilyn in blacklight over 2 days, 2 coats with proper curing time. I cant wait to drive her. Big car show tonight, so what final lsp you guys think I should use? Just name it, and I probably have it lol

OT: The paint on your car .... the time you spend on it clearly shows

thanks guys... Yes, Skylar, that is indeed what BL is. BL is the best to use post polish, and prior to initial sealant coat. It is a hybrid, so fills in some minor imperfections that you didn't bother to correct or that still remains. Then serves as a sort of sealant if you will.... then top it off with a good sealant and nuba, and you're set to go. It's uber wet and uber easy to use.

Yeah I still don't know what to use tonight. Possibly Souveran... hmmm

How about some Blackfire Black Ice? I would be interested in getting your take on it since you didn't enjoy the Blackfire Wet Diamond so much.

Baring that, some Wolfgang Fuzion would be nice.

hmmmmm I don't think I have blackfire black ice. After my experience with wet diamond, I decided against buying any more.. .lol...

But it's looking like Fuzion will be good for tonight.

Haha Joe.... too late... it's like a vortex. If I lived next to you, I'd break in to your garage and detail your Shelby without you knowing.

Sealant coat? :what: Nuba? :wonder:
All I've ever used was car wash, water and wax. (I've recently been advised to use polish instead of wax) You should do a write up on the best way to clean a car - or at least put a list of your favorite products and what order you use them in.

Sorry man... I bought this once, a few years ago. Tried it, then shelved it. I tried to sell it but no luck. I might just throw it away. It beads good, but wayyyyy too difficult to apply or remove. And the looks was just ok.... Plenty of other wowo (wipe on wipe off) like butter type of LSPs out there.

I knew someone had write up about detailing, I didn't remember who wrote it though. I have 2 quick questions:
Will any products damage vinyl decals? (eg. Mach 1 hood stripe/side stripes)
What product do you recommend for shining black plastic?
