Nice Tony!!! 60's here too, but Marilyn is all tucked away. Not worth unboxing her again and having to detail her again before storage.

almost reay

Back on October 5, 2016 at about 5pm a lady rear-ended me as I slowed to turn right. She was doing around 60mph and hit me nearly square, just to the right of the license plate. I was a soft target not on the brakes and doing near 30mph. It will be a happy day when I pick it up on Monday. The FRPP axlebacks were a casualty so I replaced them with Borla Stingers.

Nice ride!!! But I also lover your driveway (what material is that, concrete/stone???) and the facade on the garage. Sorry, I'm into houses lately because I'm building...

Thanks... driveway is what they term exposed aggregate around here. Pretty much concrete with small rocks added to it. Facade on the garage is rock.

did this yesterday... new rims and tires

Put the Mustangs in the garage Saturday afternoon.
They're dirty and low on gas, not the way we wanted to have them sit a while, but hopefully we'll get a warm-ish day soon so we can take them out, clean them up, fuel them up, and put them away for a longer while.

It snowed last night, and that made me glad the cars were tucked away for now.

Guess it's time to start ordering parts for the over-the-winter changes, whatever they might be.

You just reminded me. Since my car has been down it's been outside in the fluctuating temps, with less than 1/4 tank in it. I should go fill it up. I've started it once a week to keep the battery charged (first time it stumbled starting up)...I'm betting there's moisture in the lines.

Yesterday had another cars & coffee with some friends. We took an awesome cruise and then the cover went back on. Just in time before a tiny amount of snow made an appearance.

This week I'll be topping off the gas too and adding some fuel additive and then a long hibernation.

You're better off disconnecting the battery and not starting it if it's gonna sit a while and you don't have a battery tender.

Starting it and not getting it up to operating temp by actually driving the car is bad since you're getting moisture in the exhaust and other condensation gets built up that doesn't get to burn off
