Stipes, tint and Unauthorized joy ride. Not happy right now
In the end it all turned out okay. The whole experience was tainted due to Poor communication to me and broken commitments. It did not help i had to go back and have one of the strips fixed because there was a crease in it on the front roof line. I may have been pissed in my posts but when dealing with them I was very adult and professional. I do have to admit in the long run I am so excited about how the car looks now. I even told them despite the communication errors and the delays they did a great job.

I am not 100% convinced. there were other thing prior to this that were not right. They also should communicate to the customer the process. I take partial blame but not all. that is why I set the record straight but no official apology.
This happened to me too when I has some tinting done on my brand new purchase (< 100 miles at the time), though not nearly as seriously (the joy ride was about 3 miles).
I always verify the odometer reading before taking my car in for any type of service -- these days with a picture of the odometer which is nicely time stamped by my phone.
