So a 10% discount drops it to 18k and the dealer will take care of closing costs. Not sure if I should bite this, my dad is willing to loan me the money for it since it's a good deal and he owes me a good 7-8k... What y'all think?
Sounds legit... Go for it

Your insurance is going to be THROUGH THE ROOF!!!! Your 16 and own a 315hp car and they are probably going to want comp and collision on the car as well ... The car sounds nice but i was qouted 6k for a gt, 20 year old two previous V8 cars no tickets and no accidents. I know it sounds tempting but go for the V6 for now and when your insurance drops than you can get a gt. Plus you can save a few extra bucks on gas =P .... Oh and you need more than just the gt500 bumper just fyi

Depends who you go with.
I have a 315hp car with a speeding ticket on my record. And I'm 20 yrs old. And I pay 40 bucks a month. Liability only of course. But full coverage was only like 130. Not to bad considering the circumstances

The red w/ white stripes? Sounds like a good deal to me but as these guys mentioned, I'd see what insurance will run before you buy anything... Could be make or break

Ya... Any of those sites will give you quotes (although sometimes you wind up having to call them anyways) {esurance, progressive, etc.} And I'd say that borla catbacks fall in the misc. expenses category so tell ur dad to get ready!
