Leo - Yah, I'm partial to the cdc. I've never seen it in person though. Saturday will seal the deal on which one I go with.
Brian - Thanks for the heads up. I will let you know Saturday what happens. I'm hoping to do this mod early next month.

We got enough extra rooms in the house's to put a few of you hoodlums up.
And we got a great 1/4 mile track here in H-Town
S/C status..
Told that the disassembly has begun. Water pump pulley, belt, radiator cover, and some stuff from the front part of the engine has been removed.
I've been tasked today to pick up a bottle of OEM power steering fluid and a bolt (front engine cover to head) that calls out to have the stud section on the head trimmed, but going with the clean look instead.
That's all the news I have for now.
It'd be ultra cool if the stripes on the glass were frosted instead of paint.
Not feeling the silver gun barrel bezels in the lower grille, I'd paint them black.
Otherwise, looks killer!

Is mine considered a "blower"? I guess so... it's just that "blower" always sounds like someone is referring to a super charger.
Would be great races, none-the-less.

Frosted stripes on the glassback roof
tom281 So now that you've gone TS... do the 275s still feel adequate ? or are you planning on going to a bigger tire.
I know I'm being mr indecisive on the tires, but I really want to be positive before I start buying, ya know ?

So Tom1, are you going to actually go full throttle (not just a blip, but sustained) on your new found power? Or going to p*ssy foot it in fear of throwing a rod?

Uh, sure....
Don't know, haven't put my nice wheel/tire combo on for spring yet. Currently running stock 235 pirellis or whatever they are..... traction is impossible at +1/2 throttle- will break loose in 3rd at 80mph if I want. I plan to put the 275s on in a few weeks- it should be noticeably better but not night & day different.
hahaha, that's why I'm not afraid to ****-off about racing him......
