I can go into the Predator and have it tell the computer to either have TC on or off when I start the car. I leave it so it is on. If I was drag racing, I'd make it be off when I start the car so I wouldn't accidentally leave it on.

Today I am rotating tires:

And I did a complete TacoBill tire cleaning - inside and out:

Hey - why does a chicken coop have only 2 doors?

I'm already planning my next major mod. L/T's. Do most of you reccomend a DIY install or a good shop. This would be a first for me. Heck most of the stuff I do is a first time. I just figured this is alittle more tedious.

Besides that major mod. And the tint for the turn signals which I need to find a place to buy from. What else are you all planning for the spring. I was thinking doing my sound system, LCA, rear sway bar... I dunno I need IDEAS!!!

I'd say unless you have someone that has a little more experience just pay and get it done at a shop. From what I've read and heard switching out the manifolds is a real pain.

I installed the agent 47 mirrors today . Install was really easy, took about a hour. The matte black finish matches my stripes, hood, and trunk lid perfectly. Here's a few pics...

Looks good how about some full car shots? So how easy was the swap? How long did it take you?

I'm agreeing with Leo on this on, from the write ups I've read where people have done this its a real challenge, doable but not for the weak of heart.............

Tom did you use water on those tires?............... OMG I'm rusting................ Oh thats a wizard of oz thing

They look good, every 1K miles I do the same (inside the wheel cleaning that is) and do they ever need it as mine is a daily driver, there are a few of us daily (real men) drivers out there. I know that will bring me a rash of sh$t

Oh and I took the beast out today for some good ole fun on this back country road (wish I had a photag along like "Jed",Brian or Bill) I made some white smoke Brian, you would have been proud, not bad for a first time of 1st/2nd gear roasting. Actually I can do better no doubt but I'm getting the hang of it and good golly it was FUN

Oh and no road kill or critters thank God

I don't think so. From using both the SCT and the Predator, the Predator has a lot more things you can do. I can plug it in and watch all the sensor info from oil temp, coolant temp, A/F ratio... you name it.

Of course! The "rust" on the rubber is dirt! I use SuperClean on the rubber and it gets more dirt out than you could expect is there. Then I put my tire dressing of choice on when it dries...

You know I'm just busting on you Tom, your GT is impeccable

I like your signature 392.4 RWHP has a great sound. When you get it re-dyno'd its sure to be 400+, Edit signature coming right up.

Take care and have a great New Years

Okay I was working on the car as well

I decided to test the Roush forged rims with the BFG KD's here's a side by side with my original tire (left). Both tires are 275 40 18, however the tire on the right sits in a 10 inch rim unlike my 9 inch black chrome. What a diffrence an inch makes. When I took off my rims crap GTR torque them way to much I think the range is 85 - 105 Ft Pounds these felt like they were 175+. Why do shops feel that they have to use the impact for everyting. Hello T-Wench! I understand dissasembly but that's it. I actally broke a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter WTH!

A few more pictures various angles:

Jed- New wheels look awesome. Then again so did your old rims. Eiter way looks good. I think the blingy look is better for show's though.

George- If not for the fact I'm getting new tires in a couple weeks I think your pics finally sold me on the Agent 47 mirrors.

Since installing the DS and getting the car back to SD I've only driven the car about 25 miles. I don't know how Bill does it.

+1
I agree, unless you have 10+ hours to kill, have a shop do it.

Lookin' good Jed!

It's about time you test fit those puppies.

How's the road feel of the 10's up front?

I know my tuner can set it to off, but then the button does nothing.
I just turn the button off all the time when I start the car.
If it becomes habit, then you have to think to turn it on.
