Ponies on The Run!
Wow, and I was going to try and mkae some kind of gasket to stop it from leaking...great idea,,,thnx!!
Bookmark: Leaky brake reservior cap
If your reservior cap is leaking (most everyone's is!), you'll just need a roll of teflon (plumber's) tape to fix it.

Remove the cap and clean off the leaking brake fluid (cap and neck).
Wrap at least 2x around the lock part on the neck of the reservior with the teflon tape (clockwise direction).
Put the cap on and twist to lock (will be a bit tighter due to the teflon tape).
Problem fixed!

btw, welcome to TMS!
That's OK Leo, I really am lucky to be even getting an outside 'net connection from work. If they ever look to see how much bandwidth is going through the port that I use I'm hosed....
And now for something completely different.....

Got the jacket today. Looks awesome. Styled like a mechanics jacket, waterproof/windproof outerlayer w/ fleece on the inside. Appearantly it's made by a company called dri-duck and then ford just slaps a pony emblem and "ford collection" tag on the collar. Either way nice jacket and glad I bought it.
Installed the mgw hanger kit. Sorry no pics. Looks just like Bill's except in satin finish.
Clamp upgrade
At the Sunset Ford show I saw a stang with these clamps it looked real clean compared to my funky clamps from Ford and Kenne Bell. These are T-Bolt clamps possibly from Breeze or Clampco. From the look of the threads sticking out I don't think they measured the outside ID correctly. Measurment should be done using a PI-tape for best results. Dear Santa

Man, I hate seeing the "screw" part of a regular hose clamp. Those things stick out like a sore thumb.
Couldn't they hide them better? I'm a stickler for hose clamps. They have to be perfectly straight. There has to be the same amount of coupler material on the outside of each hose clamp. You can't see the screw part if at all possible. etc. etc.

Wonder if they'll cast the Hoff?
Uhh Leo, my hangers are satin too.

They're off Carson St and Cabrillo. Can call to arrange a 'will call' pick-up instead of paying for shipping.
I think it's a disease.

Thanks.
