What kind of Vette are we talking about here? Grand Sport? Z06? that GS seems like a pretty good deal, and looks as good as the Z.

I'd take the Vette myself.

Ran at Irwindale for the first time tonight.

9.4's all night I'm pretty sure I can get into the 9.3's since it's been so long and I'm rusty.
