The only negatives I've read is traffic and cops. But I'm not sure.

I like to drive up twisties, but driving down just smokes the brakes. Not as fun IMO

The university hospital in Portland that's been working on me has referred me to Stanford. So I have to drive 6 boring freeway hrs south to the Bay area (commiefornia ) in a few days.

So while I'll miss the drive north over the Cascade passes, at least there's an hour or so driving around Mt. Shasta.

What time do you start work?
I get up at 5am, have to be at work at 7am, usually leave work around 7:30pm, go to sleep around 11

Np, have fun and if you go, i can't wait for your thoughts!

Heres a few pics from trips we did up there. If you go up to hoopers bald on the Cherahala skyway, look at the thing and see the Bama Mafia sig is still there lol. Thats the site a bunch of friends started a loooooong time ago and where i first met Brad.
Man looking through these pics really makes me miss the Mystic.
In that second pic, the row on the outside is forum members here (well havent been around awhile). In order: Sendero, GoldnGT, RTgreen, and then My car.
