That is cool. My oldest was born in Germany and my youngest in Denver. The cool thing is my Dad was born here in Germany too. Still have family around, but haven't looked them up.

I used to ski when I lived in PA from about age 5 to 13. Moved down here and picked up surfing.

Other than Randolph I didn't think there was my AF left in SA.

Are you a flyboy?

Montrose in Susquehanna county. Top right hand corner. Closest town was Binghamton, NY. My family still lives up there besides two of my brothers who are down here too.

Yes getting ready to retire in a few years. Still a little bit there, Randolph and Lackland/Kelly. Randolph would be great, north side of town.

That is a big reason we came back to Europe. They are old enough to enjoy and remember it.

Randolph would be nice. I love San Antonio. Love the culture. The climate. And it's just the right size.

Do they still fly T-38s as trainers Erich?

I'm assuming you'd be an instructor at Randolph because thats about all they do is jet school.

Think they are still flying them there. I actually "fly" cyberspace, lol. Not a pilot, sorry for the confusion. Get used to other services calling us "flyboys" all the time. I work on computers, currently monitor communications circuits for Europe. Hope to get to Randolph working for the Air Force Personnel Center or AF Recruiting doing computer stuff.

Gotcha. Don't know if you play golf but there's about a million year round golf courses in the San Antonio and Austin area.

Plus there building that F1 track up in Austin. And I hear good things about TWS in College Station.

Yeah, have a good freind living in New Braunfels. Went out to his place when I was at Kelly for a conference a couple years ago. Would be more than happy to move there and settle down.

Any Texas Hill Country town is nice. Marble Falls is a great one. Constant level lake in Lake LBJ. Plus some nice twisty roads.
