There's always an exception when it comes to generalizations. But just because someone is happy doing something doesn't make it the right thing to do. Not saying strippers are murderers, but I'm sure lots of psychotic serial killers are very satisfied with their work as well. 
But really, there is no need to get all up tight about this whole thing. I just wanted to make the point that not all strippers are drug addicts that are looking for an easy way to make a few bucks to score some drugs. Nor do they all have to have low self-esteem, and lack respect for themselves. It's a profession that some people take very seriously and is often referred to as the oldest profession in the world.
