Mod V6 or buy new car??

What's up TMS fam! I own a 07 v6 mustang and I am tired of people talking down cuz I have a v6. Only reason I got a 6 is because I was driving from San Francisco to San Jose bout (110 miles round trip) and thought but saving gas. Comes to it I waste about the same amount as a 8 and now I have a job close to home. To the point... Should I mod my V6 or buy a new Stang cobra (not a termi) or a 00'-04' gt??

I would either ignore what stupid people say or shell out the bucks to get a newer 5.0...

If you mod a v6, it will always be a v6. I would personally get a low mileage 00-04 Gt. Or 2001 cobra. Reason I say this? Because my 2000 gt walks all over my friends 2010 v6.

Don't mod for speed or buy for speed. Mod for taste and quality. I had a GT but still saw some very beautiful V6 mustangs. There's always a faster car on the road so just make it real nice.

Try not to listen to what people say about a V6. It's nothin but air.

Even if you mod it, it's still a V6. Instead of saying "Why'd you just get a V6?", now they'll say "Why're you wasting money modding a V6? Just get a GT." If the problem is what people say about you, then modding it isn't gonna help at all.

I just bought a Kindle Fire...People ask me why I didn't get an iPad. Why?...(Aside from the fact that I hate Apple)...because this does exactly what I need it to do for less than half the price. It serves it's purpose and I'm happy with it.

If you feel like you want more from your car and have the means to do so, then, by all means, trade up to a V8. But do it for yourself, not for everyone else...
