89 5.0

Car won't get to normal operating temp. Just changed the thermostat. Also doesn't have heat. It's sits around the first bar by the L on normal any ideas?

Oh!!! Check yer manual - My 95 modular had a "top off" over the intake where you had to add water / anti-freeze if flushed - did you do that?
