PS! Arin got 1st in the 100m again. got 3rd overall in the 200 (last time he got secong in his heat, but that added up to like 7th) AND i beat my previous 200 my 1/2 a sec. EDIT: forgot to put my time. i got 26.34, even though it was closer to 26:24 (i kno cuz the guy who was 2 ft ahead f me got 26:18 and the timers were messed up all day anyhoo) either way it beats the crap out of last times 26:86
long jump? did my typical mediocre.
and heres the bigg 'un Arin ran the 4x400 today. i've never ran a 400m in my life!!! the only reason i did it was cuz everyone else already left (but we did get 1st.....cuz we were the only relay team compteing lol. we did it just so we could get the points)
after all that, im am dead tired. Arin had a good day

the best part was that he provided an outsiders view on the mustang community, but NOT in a negative way. thats hard to find nowadays. he came here with a good attitude and was open to all our ideas. i guess some people werent kind enough to return the favor, so he left.
