Doug,
Arin, You run 200 metres in the time it takes me to walk to the fridge and get a beer.....(about 20 metres). MAkes you 10 times faster than me....... I never was a runner. I always played contact sports and made that my sporting goal. But your running times are seriously impressive for an amateur who doesn't concentrate purely on Athletics!!

crawled to fridge (in pain and with a German Shepherd attached to my ankle)
Opened fridge door, got hit by a falling beer
Dog ate tomorrows dinner
Went and sat down again
Cursed Arin several times for suggesting I sprint to Fridge.
