Actually, Mexico and the U.S. are pretty even in football; 0-0-0

[oh, btw, Mexico is winning the U.S. 2-0 at half time :P ]

I saw that, 2:1 at the end.

Serbia & Montenegto is playing against Spain on Wednesday. If we win that will be huge success in qualifying games for World Cup 2006. Interesting fact is that we lost only 2 times at home court since 1991 (both times against Russia).
I wished they showed more soccer games, and not just on the Spanish channels. I thought that Freddy Adu kid was going to make soccer popular here. maybe next year.
A little quick fact about Mexico, we have never lost to U.S. at home in Azteca Stadium (22-0-1), and 54-1-4 against everyone else

If you're interested in European soccer, ESPN have UEFA Champions League games all the time. Every time there is Champions League game you'll find 1 of those games on ESPN. Its on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Last time they had Chelsea - Barcelona 4:2, awesome game. Before that they had Manchester United - AC Milan 0:1. AC Milan is my 2nd favorite team, after Red Star.

Back home our TV had each game live from every game on World and European Cups in soccer. Last time I was home, back in 2002, I spent my whole summer watching soccer. Man that was fun. I canceled my trip to Europe this summer, I will be going there next summer, just in time for 2006 World Cup.

Sorry buddy, but no one else in the world plays football other than Americans ... and Canadians. So there would be only 2 football teams on Olympics.

The advantage of that is that even if you came in last you would still get a silver medal

My University doesnt have a football team anymore, it was cut because of fundings (and because we stank at it).
but we do have one of the best programs in Baseball and Volleyball in the country
We also have hockey, rugby, waterpolo, soccer, softball, track, basketball, and others that i cant remember.

Do 135 MPH around a track for 18 laps and see if your opinion changes.

We did it at Las Vegas Speedway last year.

You use their race ready cars.
But we have done 110 in our cars at Charlotte Speedway during a controlled event.

There's University teams (I played Tight End), and a few pro teams, but if there are any decent players, they all end up in the States/Canada anyway.

Oh, Germany has a few teams as well
