I didn't find what you are talking about in a quick search.
Please PM me with info. Thanks
As soon as I find out more I'll let you know. I don't pay for it, so I'm out of the loop.

Lesson I learned:
It pays to slack off(and or diddle the hor-nay Boss).
It does NOT pay to actually work.

Oh well, Even thought it was a temp position, I thought I would get rewarded for working my butt off.

Sorry to hear that your job ended. Unfortunately, if the slackers were contract workers they are hard to lay off in the era of sue if you get fired for being a piece of worker. I worked for a law firm last year where 2 clients tried to sue their former employers for sexual harassment. I saw the files, they were disciplined at work numerous times, put on probation and all kinds of things before they got fired... but did they learn their lesson, no, they just tried to sue. They lost, but they still cost those companies thousands of dollars.

[as a side, before you go blaming the lawyers for taking their cases, lawyers can only go by what the complaining party tells them, they get no information from the other side until the lawsuit has been filed and discovery is made. Its at that time that lawyers realize they have no case... but ethics rules say that you have to promote your clients interests zealously, and if you tell them to find another lawyer, you risk a malpractice suit]

At least they seemed to like you April, so you've got good references for future employment... unless you are going to take time off to resume your real career (according to arin): being annoying here

And as I shall be

I work with a temp agency, I thought it would be fun to mix things up- but I didn't think I would get attached to that job.

And I still do have my Other Part time job so I am not completely bored.

I have gotten to know my good friend Mr. Jack again.

AND I like it. After my initial bitterness, I got over it.

My house is clean again.
My laundry is done.
I have stuff to read.
AND my Nintendo DS is getting a workout.
Today I am going to enjoy the lovely weather and get started on planting stuff.
And get to know Eddie again.
And perhaps go get my greyhound I picked out. And get to know Eddie again.

Although. It always comes up when I get another job.. Why do you work? You have a nice car and nice house. Well duh. That is WHY I work. Because I want nice stuff.

This is nice..
Doing Mrs. Cleaver stuff around here!

In a minute, I am going to get dressed and (GASP) GO SHOPPING!

I guess when the government is funding your lifestyle. Health insurance? Why should I buy it when I can get Medicaid free? You just don't understand paying a mortgage.

I think I am not cut out for working for the man. I have a cool job now- I am in charge of accounts for the company Brian works for. And I am the boss there loving it. Its just part time, so.........

I too am amazed. I have never lasted more than a week at a job where I wasn't the boss.

I don't like working. I like living the life of leisure.

I do however like the paycheck.

And I will be there till they say thanks for catching us up- time to go home now.

Wow a womans intuitionhas always stumped me iin that you had thought of this some time ago ! Sorry to hear but you'll be right back in the saddle.

Well that's good. What kind of work will you be doing? Same type of stuff? Guess they finally realized they can't survive without good workers picking up the slack of the lazy.

Ach Bite me
The OWNER called to offer it to me no less!

Fun Fact:
(shows how mellow I am)

I had to stop suddenly to avoid a construction truck stopping out of nowhere. The new dogs head hit my windshield- SPLAT went my windshield.
This dog is freaken huge.

Anyhow-Windshield Spiderwebbed. :bang:
My arm is hurt badly
And the New Dog is fine.

The dog was in the car.
April, we had ours in the back the only time she was in the Mustang. Less room for movement if you get the dog in.
We have an Expedition surfer. Cobra likes to stand up in back and try to ride the turns. Freaks me out because I'm afraid if she falls she'll break a leg.

Hey April, if you pedigree back to K's Flak our dogs are related. Cobra's name was Nessie before we got her. http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?d=Nessie

My dogs name is Nevada
I gotta change it. It takes too long to say and its ghey.
Brian and I just taught him to master stairs.
NOW I am working on Me walking him, not him walking me. Hes great dane huge.
And raced like Santas little helper. (ha)

Yes, He was in the mustang. He had his head on my lap and his body in the backseat. Just as he was adjusting, I had to hit the brakes. His nose connected with the windshield, and spiderwebbed it. Hes fine and my windshield is free. Cool that. No more mustang rides for the greyhound.
