Are those gluten free noodles? How are they? I might be able to get off of gluten with stuff like that if it will help me lose more weight.

Yes, she is. Super hot. Don't know what happened to Nathan.

It actually looks pretty good to me, except for the green stuff, I'd have to know what that is before I'd eat it. I'm picky.

Yes, gluten free noodles. I don't eat them very often since I don't want all the carbs. Gluten free doesn't = weight loss necessarily. Some people gain weight since they weren't absorbing all the stuff they put into their body. Everyone's different. Weight loss is more likely due to the cutting back on carbs. For example, gluten free cookies aren't any better for you than regular cookies when it comes to loosing weight. Some people will pig out on gluten free stuff thinking it's healthier but it's only healthier if you have trouble digesting gluten in the first place.

Green stuff is asparagus and green beans.

That might work for me, I can probably give up bread and tater's (I love them but I can do without them, especially taters). Hell, I could live on meat alone with some pinto beans, green beans, corn, etc. I do love cornbread with my pinto/white beans though, but I could do without it. I actually can just sit down and eat a big steak by itself for a meal easily.

My problem would be the biscuits. I could literally eat nothing but sausage or bacon and biscuits every day. My problem may be that I only eat one meal a day, supper. I can go all day without a meal, just snack a bit on peanuts and pecans, then have a huge supper and then a few sweets at night like peanut M&Ms.

I've lost a of weight, but I need to finally lose more. I need to get in shape and skinny like you are.

I'm not in shape and skinny. lol I haven't exercised in forever. Just lots of physical activity at work.

And not eating all day isn't really good for you either. That's gonna throw your body out of whack.

Same here. All the good food apparently leads to me looking like I'm pregnant.

There's one sort of near here but I've never been there. And their GF menu is very limited.
