In that case, I think you would really like the other that I mentioned. The Hickory smoked, smaller link. Yellow label with red writing, they have it in a hot and spicy cajun as well.

Carvin' some steaks from the whole loin. Cut 12 - 1 1/4" steaks, plus a half dozen small breakfast steaks, wrapped and frozen (except 1 for tonight!). USDA Choice, nicely marbled, worked out to be about $5 bucks a steak.

This cold weather got me in the mood to cook a hearty supper. Put on a pan of mixed beans (pintos and whites) today with a big meaty ham bone in them, gonna make some bone in skillet fried pork chops, fried okra, oven baked new potatoes with garlic, butter and rosemary, mac and cheese, and corn bread.
