Is that some original and some hickory smoked? Looks like two different size links. I'm still eating the hickory smoked hot & spicy. Best flavor of all of it to me.

So how are you cooking this and what all are you putting in it? Boiling it in a pot, baking it covered in the oven or what? Need to try a batch of that.

Boiled in pot. Got water with some salt going, put the zatarans concentrate liquid crap boil and some old bay in the water, cut the red potatoes up and threw in, checking them periodically with a knife, just about to the point where the knife glides through it, throw the frozen corn in, give it about 5min, throw the sausage in, when it starts floating good (knowing its done), throw the shrimp in. leave shrimp in for about 2min and then turn heat off.. another 2 min or so, everythings done and ready to be poured up into a pan or whatever dish you wanna serve it in. just my version on a shrimp boil good for just a few people vs the big one that me and friends do with alot more of the same ingredients.

Rode the motorcycle down to Greensburg this evening for Indiana's best breaded tenderloin. Big glass of lemonade and a slab of coconut cream pie along with it, just to make sure I did the job right.

Huh? What? Whuzzat?!?! Something wrong with this post, Tox! Okay; I got it... You've lived in a cave all your life, or you're only four years old, right? Four year-old Amish kid who lives in a cave, maybe? Oh, wait a minute... did you mean you've always lived in Indiana, PENNSYLVANIA?

You're gonna have to 'splain this to me, Lucy; is it that you don't know about breaded tenderloins, or you were simply unaware that there was a place in Indiana where BT's better than anyone else's were available? Dang, I never thought I'd be involved in THIS conversation!

But its the loin, the filet, the backstrap, the best.
Usually breading is for lessor cuts of meat like used in chicken fried "steak".
