If I laid down on the floor, they'd probably have to call a rollback to get me up.

I laid there about an hour. It helped a tad but I really think I'm gonna have to get help. Some suggest a deep tissue massage but I think it's gonna end up needing a chiropractor

Have mine schedule for Tuesday, then Physical Therapy on Friday.

Haven't seen any June bugs yet. Lightning bugs are out like crazy tonight though.
