Brewing a 10 gallon batch of American Brown Ale

This is the real reason I bought the Raptor. I needed the tailgate for my three tier brewing setup

In answer to the popcorn question... I use the popcorn button on my microwave, then hit 2 cycles of extra time, which adds 14 seconds. I find that pretty much eliminates the unpopped kernels.
I prefer Newman's Own Natural popcorn and use a little bit of freshly ground black pepper and Parmesan cheese as a topping... yum!

Currently, letting the MyHD MDP-120 tuner scan the airwaves for the digital channels in my Vista machine. Yes, it works, even though it totally says "Nuh-uh! You ain't running XP or earlier!" Yay XPSP2 compatibility mode.
Oh, man, I miss America, N10A. She was based in Houston, just northwest of Intercontinental Airport. The site is now a Home Depot.
I *DID* manage to somehow get gifted tickets for a ride on her. I want to say that my Dad got them for me for my birthday.
What an experience! Dad and I went (who else was I supposed to take!?) They bent over backwards to get him on the ship. He uses crutches and braces. He hopped right on in though. I somehow got to ride shotgun and watch the Captain maneuver that big balloon around. Full time job, like a helicopter. I'm an Aviation nut so I knew what stuff was, but I was fascinated by the way he worked the controls, as there's no yoke. Just rudder pedals and an elevator wheel. Very different!
Man, the memories. That was a good dang day. Thanks for reviving them!
