I think I am becoming that way as I get older, never know what's going to happen. One time it won't bother me that much, other times the results are explosive. Its a crapshoot. Literally sometimes.

Ice cream seems to be the worst.

Could be casein intolerance too.

"Dairy Digestive Supplement" ... I take 1 pill before a bowl of Ice cream and I'm fine.

No pill, I'm on the throne within 15 minutes.

Lactose-intolerance is a *****!
I became intolerant around 33-35 yrs of age, 38 now and I'm well aware of it. I have those pills in the car and at home, everywhere I might be eating

Pretty much the same way here, but started a little later than that. Never had a problem when I was younger, drank milk by the quart every day, ice cream, extra extra cheese on pizza, etc. Now a lot of cheese on a pizza messes me up by morning, a big bowl of ice cream will have my stomach rolling within an hour and on the throne multiple times in a few hours. Milk isn't quite as bad, as long as I don't drink more than about 8 or so ounces, and only a couple times a week.

I'll have to look into those pills, never heard of them.

The pills I got are from Walmart and it's their "Equate" brand, very affordable too.
A few other brands available, but wanted to try the cheap stuff first and it works!

The name brand is lactaid. Several people in my family take them too. There's pills that help with casein as well.

My dad drinks lactaid brand milk, I've try it , it's ok. I really like a cold glass of horizon organic milk the only milk I can drink without feeling a little nauseous after.

I've had the silk and yes it's really good. But the blue diamond has less calories and is just as good

I'm not drinking any fake milk, I'm extremely picky even about the brand of milk I drink. I'd rather do without or have the ****s than drink fake milk.

Right now, I'm burning up. Getting humid as hell finally.
