So far so good. Cuts great, seems to ride a little better than the old one, and turns tighter. Still can't get used to the safety button for the PTO. On the old one you could just hit the reverse pedal, back up wherever, and take off forward again. On this one, it kicks the PTO out if you back up. You have to push a button on the dash before you back up to keep it running. Aggravating when you're trying to go back and forth in a tight area around landscaping and such.

I do like the deck wash system on it that the other one didn't have. As you know, keeping it washed out is the life of the deck as far as rusting out. That wet grass gets packed up under there and traps moisture, then as it dries it gets hard as hell and takes a pressure washer to get it off if you let it go for a while.

The old one was a ***** to wash under with the deck on, and taking the deck off to flip it and wash under it was a real chore even for two people. This one has 2 male quick connect fittings, one on each side of the deck, and a female that you screw onto your water hose.

You hook it to the one on the left side, turn the hose on, then turn the PTO on for a minute or so and the blades sling the water all under the deck, then move it to the other side where the grass discharges, repeat, and it slings all that grass out.

Works pretty damned good, especially if you do it every time you mow and don't let it build up and dry under there.

Some more mods. Spacers front and rear, removed the foam out of the sound tube and putting the GT500 steering wheel on if I have time before lunch with Charlie!

Spacers done...didn't get the wheel on in time. I'll do it when I get home though.

Trying to get rid of all the bugs off the front end. After the last run down the autobahn it was covered. Gotta get a clear bra or something.

Testing out my new PC build. It's a beast.

And surprisingly quiet compared to my previous 3 builds which all ranged between window AC unit and hair dryer in volume.

Having my third coff of cupee, paying bills, trying to decide whether to trim the hedges first or wash the Mustang. The hedges are getting out of control, the Mustang isn't all that bad and can probably get by until tomorrow.

Yup....it's decided. Mustang first.
