There's some really good stuff out there now, but the stuff they're playing all sounds alike, and pretty much all follows the same storyline. There's gotta be something about a truck, a girl, and drinking beer or it can't be on the radio. Just makes me insane having to listen to it all week long at work.

 

Stop listening to country music, problem solved.

 

It's still better than what's on the actual pop stations. There just needs to be a major overhaul.

 

Who said anything about listening to pop music? BBS, most refreshing thing I've heard in the music industry in a decade or more.

As a former rocker it's more about how you put them together than anything else

It works because it's pleasing to the ear

You could stand on stage and play a guitar like a British police siren and it would be different but it's also not pleasing

Been listening to this song a lot lately. Its just got that true Southern rock/blues vibe to it. Its got that wah-wah sound to it like the OLD Skynyrd stuff from their original demo recordings and very early stuff.
Scott would probably dig it.
