Oh-= I got a fireplace too! Did I mention my house is the only one on that block with black granite? I despise white marble(standard), it looks like a mausoleum.

 

whats wrong with a one of a kind mausoleum ? har har

 

I assure you when I die- I will have the hugest of white marble mausoleums- complete with big angels and all kinds of stuff( I am being buried aboveground, don't like close spaces)

 

TWO days after I paid off this bogus CRAP to the tune of $300........
The credit bureaus DELETED it from my file because it was bogus information!!!

Double Dangit.

 

I hope you can get it back ? pay twice or report who you paid it to , I'd say that was Fraud so you could spark an eye on the matter !

The dishonesty of some things **** me off. BUT what can I do? Its gone now........and that's the important thing.

Note: My credit was just fine when Eleanor came home- then this happens and throws a wrench into everything.


BUT Everything is back on track unless some other mess happens- and move in fully date is set for Labor Day.


It also occured to me I mainly picked a house because of the stellar pool and HOA.....I coulda got the same house around here for $30,000 cheaper-but I moved to the "hot" zip code.

My gambling plan is for this house to appreciate like nuts, sell it for a huge profit and move to the estates(future development) there.

Meanwhile- its progressing nicely.

Holy SNOT this has been an adventure........

I got our credit reports cleaned up- I fought all the bad info and they deleted it.


NOW the house is ready for phone wire..We do that later tonight.

Its been appraised and goes to the underwriter next week.

I need a mustang caravan to help me move my massive amount of crap out of this house and into the new one!

I can NOT friggin wait. I just got the call, the loan was accepted, now all I need is a closing date! Oh and a finished house!
