Still not smoking cigarettes just vaping. After 'many years' with a high 'white' blood count, my blood count in now 'normal'. My Doctor asked what did i change in my life? I told her, "I stopped smoking cigarettes and only vape, menthol lite with 24 Mg's of nicotine".

Wow! 24mg!?! That's STRONG. I tried 24 when I first started for a few weeks because I smoked about 30 or so Marlboro reds a day for decades and thought I'd need the strongest and it was just too much. Started going down and as I did the flavors of the liquid got much better tasting and more enjoyable.
Went from 24 to 18 to 15 to 12 to 10 and have been at 6 mg for months now. Planning to go to 3 soon and see if its enough.
And, more praise for VapeNW.com Ordered my stuff late Thanksgiving night (early Fri AM). Even with the holiday and all the shopping going on this weekend, I got my stuff in the mail this morning. All the way from Washington to Ga on a holiday weekend. And free shipping.

I might go lower in a year. I just don't want to blow it. I don't crave a cigarette at all. I smoked non filtered menthol 'Top' canned tobacco. I used a little hand held machine to roll my own. I smoked 45-60 cigarettes a day, plus 4 or 5 hours a week to roll them. The funny thing is i only vape two little 18ml bottles a week. I'm happy and a little 'proud' of myself and so is my Wife and family

Amazing how quick that stuff adds up when you look back....

When I switched to vaping I used a 24mg liquid. After a couple of months I dropped to an 18mg. I never really felt like I craved the higher nicotine, but I did start vaping more. Went from using 3-4ml per day up to 5-6ml per day.
Once I started to DIY my liquids I dropped 3mg every other month. Since then I've dropped from the 18mg down to just 3mg. I have never craved more nicotine when I reduced the levels and I'm still vaping the same 5-6ml per day. I'm considering mixing a batch of 0 nic and keeping two tanks with me. Vape the 0 nic as much as I can and if I really feel the need for the nic switch back to the 3mg until the craving goes away.
Next month I'll hit my 2 year anniversary being tobacco free.

Happy to report, I'm still 100% vaping. Never want a cigarette but still using 24 mg nicotine menthol lite juice. Just had my blood work done for the 4th time and my white blood count is still normal
