Oh nooooooo-the street blows up then I would have to move out of snootyville. What a tragedy. I dislike it here a lot. So too does everyone else, which is why my house isn't for sale yet- everyone elses is. I would LOVE to live in a neighborhood with TREES!

I just had my first ever Crepe this past weekend! It was amazingly good
At the Crepe Cafe in Universal City Walk
Turkey, Avocado, Pesto, and Monterey Jack Cheese!

And it came with fries (w/skin) and you could choose any dip for it:
-Jalapeno Ketchup
-Chipotle Ranch
-Honey Mustard
-Pesto Mayo
-Ranch

What do they have at the Hollywood Universal? Same as Orlando?

 

Well, we got the studio tour which is pretty cool.
We get to see where Psycho was filmed, War of the Worlds, King Kong, Desperate Housewives, Bruce Almighty, and other famous movies and TV shows. But that's not all for the studio tour... we go inside working action stages where we go face to face with king kong, an 8.0 earthquake, the mummy's curse, and jaws!
basically it's a tour showing the behind the scenes and the how's of film making

Coolness.

We don't have backdraft and our Back to the future just closed.and of course, no studio tours.

I craved halloween candy- So I went and bought a ton of it on the half off sales- M&ms, Almond Joys, Snickers......

 

Yea... Orlando's got the roller coasters, we got the movie stuff

One thing that our City Walk has that makes it freaking awesome is Original Tommy's Burgers!!!
I can just taste that Chili!

No Margaritaville though

Our Parking is $10! but if you see movie they give you a $10 dollar gift certificate to use anywhere in CityWalk!

 

Ours is $8. And you get crap but same day re-entry. I normally get stuck parking in Jaws or Jurassic park-FAR away.
There is Bubba Gumps, Hard Rock, NBA City, Bob Marleys, Emerils, Nascar Cafe, Starbucks, Cinnabon, And at night Jello Shots galore.Its freaking beautiful, I like going there just to hang out- Normally under the hemisphere dancer (Jimmy Buffetts seaplane) enjoying a fizzy margarita.
Our Park you pay $85 and you get 2 days and the third free for IOA and Universal- right next to each other separated by Hard Rock Cafe. I couldn't use up two days there last time, we rode everything about 20 times each and were out by 5 every day.We go in low season where there are no lines.

 

I am craving a GOOD pastrami sandwich. My co-workers said they know a place that makes the best pastrami. Well, they come back with fatty pastrami on a lame roll. I need some good New York Deli pastrami.

 

I am making Chili and Jalapeno Cornbread Why? Because its freaking cold here!

Wasn't as good as I thought. Used too much Cayenne in the chili.
