I'm trying to grill steak, watch AI, and be on here all at the same time! Not recommended. If the steak burns, oh well! J/K, I'm gonna cut it up, put it on a salad, and smother it in ranch dressing!

I only get a "good" steak about 2-3 times a year, although I usually have one every weekend! Oh how I wish I could go out to eat! Chances are pretty high to go to my favorite mexican restaurant next week though!

Best ever, was a filet from Delmonico's in Las Vegas.

The best in town, is from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Beverly Hills.

Both are really expensive though.

Flemings and 555 East in Long Beach are great ones also.

I finally went out to eat today after about four months waiting!! It was soooooooooo good! Every bite was like a piece of heaven! It felt like there was nothing else in the world GOOD! I had a shredded beef taco, chicken taco, mexican rice, cheese enchilada, and a chicken enchilada! I ate it all but the cheese enchilada; LUNCH!! I am still FULL, but it is sooo worth it! I'm just so happy!

NOTHING like great Mexican food! I love being from Texas, Tex-Mex is my favorite! The food I've had in Mexico is different, but still good. On a trip to "the Valley" in S. Texas,we ate Mexican food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was in Heaven! I'm glad you enjoyed your meal-now I'm starving!

Welp, here is that pic I promised of my awesome-o Nachos
(note: see them and weep Arin)
Again the ingredients:
authentic Nacho Cheese (none of that 7-eleven slop)
Carnera Ranchera (seasone/marinated skirt steak)
Refried Beans
tomatoes
onions
and the last quarter slice of avocado (wish I had more)

It took me two sitting to eat it all
