We do not have In and out down here in slamma bama. Its a shame too.

We have Wendys, Mcdonalds, Sonic and A&W.

And the closest Margaritaville is in Orlando. Which for the record makes the best cheeseburger ever.

So I end up making my own burgers 99% of the time.

For?

Take a cube steak, Drench it in flour, Heat some oil, Fry it brown, use the drippings and gravy mix to make the gravy..... and I am lazy with mashed potatoes so get them out of the box.

A pickle?Slice it, Cover it in cornmeal and spice and throw it in some oil- like a frydaddy- eat it with ranch dressing. I prefer buying those made already.

And for Dessert Later- Popcorn like the movie theaters.

I cook........And enjoy it most nights. 3 meals a day most days- except Friday and sunday,When I go get lunch.

Ok I am starving, going to go cook. A quick BBQ sancwich meal doesn't last long.

Speaking Of BBQ- I think southern is the best what with its tomato sauces. Texas' is second because I love dry rub and WHAT THE HELL is up with North Carolina sticking Coleslaw on top of them?

Texan that I am, I like BBQ with pinto beans or baked beans, potato salad, and pickles and onion on my BBQ sandwich. I did, however, make BBQ pork shoulder with coleslaw a couple of months ago. The slaw wasn't the creamy, mayo based kind we eat when we have fried fish, but a tangy, vinegar-tomato, red pepper slaw. It was pretty good, different, but good. My relatives were hesitant at first, but they all liked it.

On topic-I'm craving a breakfast taco with eggs, potatoes and beans. Lots of hot sauce of course!
