You got lucky! My last one was in I think Bellingham. Steak was cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. Sent it back. It came back a few minutes later blackened on the outside and stll raw in the middle. And by raw, I mean raw, uncooked. They took it back and never offered anything else to eat. They made no attempt to make it right other than the manager coming over and give me a $20 coupon for a future purchase and that was it. My friend finished what she had and we left. Haven't been to an Outback since. Still got the $20 credit sitting here too!

Same here! But my family keeps insisting on going there. One time they put no seasoning on my steak, so I got stuck with a bland piece of shriveled up meat. Another time they gave me fries instead of mashed potatos. And another they stuck us right by the kitchen and someone spilled a tray full of I don't even know what right behind us splashing it all over the backs of us. Plus all their chairs are wiggly, and I can't stand all the noise.
