i`m making great effort to limit salt from my diet . tired of my blood pressure being near hypertinsion all the time .. i`d love a spoonfull of salt ...

Much easier to control cholestorol with pills than to control blood pressure. My hypertension doesnt respond much to medication

Cant fight inherited genes. Our son is a doctor, he's been on lipitor since he was 29. And super fit & eats right. He told me "atke the meds dad and eat what you like (within reason)

This is how we do them. Fire in the back of a tin shack. Just a google image. Don't know that guy. Lol easy to build.

Yeah that last one is pretty scary. It's worth trying to build though. Really do a great job. We have a community one a few blocks away. Guy just lends it to anybody who wants to use it. Been wanting to build one myself.
