Unless they make it specifically for Android, you probably won't be playing it. I would think you'll need to root it and find some kind of X86 emulator. If one exists, I'd bet it's really slow...

How so? Roller coaster tycoon ran on slow *** single core computers. Tables have a min of dual core with more ram and better intergrated graphics now days. Should run flawlessly

It's not just about the CPU speed or graphics. Windows programs are built for x86 architecture, while Android runs on ARM. The x86 emulator wouldn't just have to emulate a program, but emulate an architecture. If it can't be converted in advance, it'll have to be converted in real time. And I'd think that'll be terribly slow.
