Hey that happened by me. Good I hate those snotty like kids.
But I bet he never does anything about it except for eat more junk food.
The teen's mother said ..., but complained that her son is now self-conscious about his weight.

Wow, another fat kid with a bad attitude. Someone puts him in his place (albeit way too harshly) and mommy says he's now concious about his weight. What, he didn't know he was a pudge? Maybe mommy should encourage more playing (physical sports) instead of harassing Ice Cream Truck drivers.
Take a pill and just laugh it off.
