Wait - You're aware of the sort of people who frequent Wal-mart"...and YET you "left your girlfriend alone in the car" ??????

And - what "sort" frequent Wal-mart? You and your girlfriend?

(And Me too) hehe haha
Well, in my area, this particular Walmart has had several incidents of violence occur. FIghts, knifings, and there was a shooting there last year.

My g/f didn't want to leave the car... she was feeling her monthly sickness and didn't feel like walking. So I had my cell phone on and told her to call me ONLY if it was an emergency. If I felt that phone vibrate, I would bolt back to the lot with my "special" knife drawn.

So why did I go to this Walmart, you ask? Because I had a serious craving for beef jerky, we were passing by, and it only took a few minutes to get it.

Taking up two spots is just flat out wrong. The people that park sideways in a parking spot, especially the spots where they'd have to back out, get a special treat from me because I'll park beside them and far enough back in the spot so that they can't back out. One of us is breaking the law, and it's not me.

"One of us is breaking the law"........ ????? I think parking lots are private property unless otherwise posted. Regular parking "laws" don't necessarily apply. But, hopefully common (?) courtesy does.

If I have to park in a busy lot... I usually park near a cement divider/island so only only side is exposed to the careless door flingers.
Or I park near an edge spot where it leaves plenty of room on the neighboring spot. -Kinda like 1 1/2 spots without blocking another spot.

BTW... Bear in mind the spots must be in "No Man's Land"...

I'll do it, but only out far away, and only if the parking lot is not packed. Still, some hineyhole will still come and park right next to me. It's like, see, "I can park next to you with my old clunker no matter where you park!"

All these veiled admissions (and some not so veiled) to damaging other people's cars are ridiculous. There is NEVER an excuse to damage someone else's property. The damage done to someone by another parking in two spaces doesn't nearly equal the damage of keying someone's car. Anyone that gets caught damaging somone else's property should be shot.....yes, shot! Then maybe there would less punks around to do it.
By far, my favorite response in this discussion. The authorities wouldn't have to shoot to kill - for the first offense!
