Don't get me wrong. I don't think striping in and of itself is rice, but when you put it on a car that isn't meant for racing in general, I think that is rice. And shelby mustangs are such a high powered specialty car, that's fine. But it's like those guys who buy V6 mustangs then install dual exhaust and put GT badges on their v6ers to look like GTs and get aftermarket dashes that simulate the IUP. That to me is also very "rice."
