I think you're definitely, absolutely, positively barking up the wrong tree with this one.

In fact, I think I spot a scowling tree-hugger lurking in the background.

Nope, the Camaro will transform into its robot mode, hunt down the scowling tree huggers and stomp on them... Global Warming problem solved!

Once the tree-huggers are all hunted down, their hot-air being suddenly stomped out will definitely slow the melting of glaciers.

I figure high 12s/low 13s in the Z28 (if they have a two tier V8 program, I'd guess they will be using the LS3 for the Z), the current GTO is low 13 second capable with the LS2, or maybe it will be mid to low 13's with an occasional factory freak and good driver hitting high 12s.

Don't forget this is not the production version. From what i've read, the roofline will be raised 4-5" for production. I don't know what they will do for the rest of the styling, but the mail slot windows and squatty form will surely be altered.

I'm a fan of this guy:

What a disgrace when they made him into a Camaro in the movie instead of a VW Bug!

Everybody sing! "Transformers! Robots in Disguise...."

My bad I saw him after the guy below me quoted so couldn't do much to edit it afterwards . Roofline is supposed to only be raised like 7/8ths of and inch and like 3/4 inch narrower. Settlemeyer said they are extremely similar and an untrained eye would have trouble noticing the difference in the concept and the production. Still waiting on the pics to be leaked on that one. I know the chasis has been out for quite a few months in Austrailia for real world testing.

Good question they are tight lipped about it. There hasn't even been any "spy shoots" hit the web yet. There are 5 production Chassis in Austrailia with modified holden bodies on them and rumor has 2 others that have more than that but no word. We just go by what little scott feeds us.

The "non-existant" Camaro going to be seriously awesome, I'll wager.

The car definately needs the 3rd party support... and its great for the guys buying. So much more to choose from.

Seems both sides are tight lipped....
Scott seems to debunk rumours at least...
On this side of the fence we don't really have that.

Man, that would be nice.

I see the need to keep quiet about future product plans so you don't show your hand, but it would be nice if somebody in the know could set things straight on occasion for us.

Ya I like that he at least does that sometimes. He won't say what it will have but some things he will tell ya that it won't have. We have 2 of them like that on one of my other forums just throw out tantalizing hints and debunks some obvious stuff.
