I wonder how they arrived at 830 hp at the crank? Correction factors generally aren't correct (they should be called bestguessa-factor) and this is even more generous than the commonly accepted bullcrap 15% people love to use out in the interwebz.
It looks to be an automatic which can absorb a fair bit of power but 18% seems a bit excessive even for that.

This beast right here is putting down some stupid power. Vengenace Racing did the modifications.
(I wish the dyno sheet showed the torque curve.)
Here are the mods;
180* thermostat
Barton Industries Short Shifter (stock ****)
AlkyControl Dual Nozzle Methanol Injection System
Defi Boost Gauge
aFe Momentum Intake
Craven Performance Upper Pulley Kit
ATI 10% Lower Balancer Kit
ARH 1 ⅞” Longtube Headers w/Non-Catted X-Pipe
Brisk Spark Plugs
305/35/20 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial II Rear Tires
20% Window Tint on Sides/Rear
Complete Street/Dyno VR Custom ECU Calibration w/HP Tuners
The results of all of the modifications? 778.94whp / 717.89wtq.

I found the video.
Very informative. He tells how much the engine puts out in full near the mid to end of video if you don't want to listen to the whole video. But, it is very interesting on the parts and how they we able to build such a beast.

I was next to a Hellcat Charger on the way home from work today. I was trying to get the dude's attention as we were side by side at a red light on Rte. 1. It was a metallic red, which was gorgeous and it sat so good. The exhaust had a killer rumble to it. He was from Connecticut and the license plate was HE11CAt.
When he started driving, nothing crazy, I could hear the supercharger whine. He wasn't even getting into it. Awesome. Just awesome. The one thing I noticed is that's a big car. I'm surprised that it is just as fast, if not faster, than the Challenger.

Here is another beast with only 3 engine modifications.
New pulley, aftermarket cai and a 93 octane tune. NASTY!
2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat
Phantom Black
6 Speed
Sepia Laguna Leather
Performance Modifications:
Metco 2.75" Supercharger Pulley
Bwoody Intake
HHP / HemiTuner Tune - Via Diablosport Trinity
Mopar Performance Lowering Springs
Ditto NT555DR 305's
Performance Results:
Stock: 632whp / 585wtq (HOT muggy 95+ degree summers day)
With Above Modifications: 785whp / 712 wtq (76 degree fall day)
A friend and I installed the Metco Pulley ourselves a few weeks back, I will provide photos of the install at a later date. I received the tune from Josh at 3.30am last Friday morning (he's working hard for us Hellcat owners...!). I've not had much driving time with the tune and pulley installed, literally to and from the performance shop, but the difference is huge. The car is running at 15psi and 16psi has been seen on the SRT performance screens.
We did two pulls in the car. The first in 5th (accidentally) this put out 741/720....very pleasing. We let the car cool for only 10minutes, she really wasn't too hot. The second pull was in 4th and I was astounded with the results, 785/712.

Saw this Challenger kitty put down some nice numbers at the recent Dyno Day my Mustang Club had set up, last Saturday.
6-spd car with a K&N intake as the only mod.
The numbers later got SAE-corrected to about 689 rwhp I believe:
Boost wasn't being measured, so that's why it didn't really register on the dyno

I'll be honest, I only really like the power and torque coming from these cars. Not too crazy about the body styling, but I do like the interior a lot.

Car is very fast for a stock car.
These are 100% stock, but both have an aluminum driveshaft, (which you need because of all that stupid torque), and both on drag radials.
Not sure if these are A8 or M6 cars.

I think the Hellcat is a great boulevard cruiser--but I don't understand the go-fast add-on attempts. It is nearly perfect rolling off the showroom floor--but it simply is not something I'd pick to go racing either on a road course or at the drag strip.
In a head-to-head-to-head comparo (I've previously posted a link), the Hellcat was dead last around the track against a Z/28 Camaro and a stock Mustang GT. It has tremendous power, but the weight makes it a poor choice to get around a race track with curves. The same weight makes it a poor drag racer.
The time slip 9.70 at 140 MPH is impressive until you consider the horsepower it takes to get there. If you think that Hellcat launches hard--try searching YouTube for Phil Featherstone's 64 Fairlane Thunderbolt. There's a car over 50 years old. It doesn't have fuel injection. It doesn't have a blower. The old 427 engine is down probably over 200-hp to the blown injected Hellcat. But, stage them up and light the tree and you might be surprised at the result. Featherstone has recorded a 9.23 at a trap speed of 151. (Talk about launching hard!)
A lot of late model SS competitors have lined up against the old Fairlane--
In 2009 Paquet won the Super Stock competition with an eventual 9.055 on a 9.05 dial-in. (SS/B US Nationals). As of 2013,I think he was still running the Thunderbolt in SS--reportedly, is all-time best is an 8.55.
Given 52 years of automotive advancement, I rather drive a stock Hellcat over the old Thunderbolt--there is no doubt the Charger or the Challenger Hellcat would offer far more comfort that a stripped down 64 Ford Fairlane. But if I wanted to build a 1320 monster, I would not start with a car that weighs over 2 tons. Put that blown 6.2L in a Dodge Dart! (Like the 64 Dodge Dart with the 426 hemi.)

Holy smokes!!!!!!!!!!!
Look at those torque lines and the RPM's they are at. Wow.
I'm trying to find out more information about these HC Challengers and what it entails in achieving these monster numbers.
