It's a pretty bad a$$ car, but I think the Challenger design is long in the tooth. It's been around since 05/06ish definitely time for a refresh.
IMHO, for Dodge to make the Demon, I think it is more about HP wars than anything. Today Dodge can say they have the most, tomorrow Ford or Chevy will have the bragging rights. It's about getting customers in the showroom.
At 100k, I wont be owning one. I'll have to watch the Youtube videos of them, and see them at car shows.

New color for 2018. F8 Green. Looks disgustingly killer! Love it.
(Kind if a tribute to the old school Mopar cars back in the day. God those cars were stupid fast.)

Mopar is going to win this HP race. The Demon is really a COPO car if you will. They are the only ones with ***** big enough to produce a street car like the Demon. Gioing to talk to my dealer about ordering one tomorrow. The Hell Kitty is also an option.

It just blows my mind how far things have come, considering with all the emissions rules, and yet the engineers are designing cars that are able to get the kind of power and mpg they are today. I agree those 60/70's cars, for all brands, were very fast but today's cars are blowing their sock's off.
Guess that means its a great tribute! Seems like the current trend all started about about 2010-2011. Love the times we are living in, at least for cars.
